This skirt is in beautiful condition! It has a built in petti, the collar straps are removable as well. The waist ties are a bit wrinkled tho.
I did slightly modify the hook closure. I moved it to the edge of the fabric so I could get 1 in more room because it was a little tight on me. I did leave the original thread on it so if you wanted to move it back to it's original spot you would know where to put it. Please refer to the photos.
