Skirt and socks are both genuine AP.
The skirt is in good condition. It has a general feeling of wear to it, (ie it doesn't look brand new) but other than that it's perfectly wearable!
The socks were worn by the previous owner, but not by me and are in really good condition.
The ring lost a hoof during shipping to me. I still have the missing bit, so I could either try to glue it back on myself of ship it along for you to fix.
Pony bag is offbrand but looks just like a my little pony! :) It was modified by removing a bit of stuffing from its belly to make it able to hold a little more stuff, but if you want it plumpier, that’s an easy fix. That aside it has never been used.
I have used the hair ties and chouchou a few times, they are clean and in good condition.

Hi! Flat measurements for the waist of the skirt are 31cm (unstretched) and 37cm stretched as best as I could.
Lolibrary gives "owner waist" measurements of 66cm-76.5cm and I'd say that's correct, though to be on the safe side I'd recommend not being over 74cm as that's the double of what I measured.
