This dress was worn twice. It's in excellent condition, like brand new! I bought it at the Angelic Pretty Paris store.
It's the Angelic Pretty "Airy Pop" one piece in white.
This fabric is very light, perfect for summer temperature! The organdy fabric is smooth to the touch and easy to wear. The bow in front and the waist tie are detachable!

The library link doesn't have the sizing, would this fit someone with a 91cm bust/waist?

I try to take measurement by myself since there is no informations about the sizing on lolibrary and I would say it will fit 86cm bust/waist.
