As mentioned in title, waist ties are missing and were purchased as such! Waist tie buttons may need reinforcing but otherwise skirt is in good condition.

length: approx 86cm + 3cm of lace ( 33.86 + 1.18 inches)
waist: approximately 65cm- 72cm ( 25.59 to 28.34 inches)
