This Angelic Pretty blouse comes from a 2014 lucky pack. It is very sweet and will match many pieces! It has a large peter pan collar with bows, glitter buttons, and lace with hearts and polka dots. The blouse is pure white, not cream. There is no shirring or stretch, unfortunately. I would say max 36 inches bust.
