Reselling a High Waist Tartan Pleated jumperskirt by Angelic Pretty in the Grey colorway. 2009 release.

I just purchased this JSK from FishZoe, and it is super cute, but it is sadly a bit too warm for me to wear outside in my current climate (Southern USA). I have only tried it on once indoors to briefly assess its weight. Its condition is secondhand but excellent for its age, with all the exquisite details and fabrics of earlier brand garments.

It has a black velveteen lace-up top and heavy grey tartan bottom. One adorable detail that I didn't even notice from the original pictures is that the grey has very subtle lines of pink running through it. It feels rich and perfect for fall/winter or simply cooler climates than mine.
