New with tag & box, actually size 39, run VERY small.

The shoes are new with tag and Angelic Imprint box. They're supposedly size 39 (my size being 38, I always order one size bigger on TaoBao), but they do not fit me at all. They measure about 24cm on the inside, without any extra space for the feet. I assume they would fit someone with size 37.

One shoe has some minor scratches which I've photographed.
