The insole is 28.5 cm (both official and my measurement). They're too big for me (42.5) but worked perfectly with two pairs of extra insoles.
Only wore them outside around 3 times as they're a bit too sweet for me.
Very comfy shoes, pretty lightweight and they have a built-in soft insole. The light damage can be seen in pictures.
The ankle strap is removable and the shoes stay in place even without it.
