The Angelic Forest is a now defunct US Lolita brand. The wrist cuffs are from an indie seller on Etsy, but I forgot their name. Bought this about 3 years ago. There’s some wrinkles and a little dust. This is the largest size and I forgot the exact measurements, but I tried it on, and I have a 54” inch bust and around 47” inch waist. The JSK unstretched is about 33.5 in/85 cm.

The garment without being stretched is 85cm/33.5 in. I can confirm that the maximum is 54 in because I just tried it on again.
