Reason of selling : size is too big for me. I have ordered one of the last piece and hoped that somehow it will come smaller in size that was described. I was just in love with that print, and even thought of giving this dress to tailor service. But year after I decided to sell this dress to person who will appriciate it better.

Is there shirring or elastic in the waist and or back area ?

As you can see from the my photos it has shirring and lacing from top to the bottom of back piece which is a waistline. There is no elasticity in skirt part itself. Only the back part.
