A lovely fully shirred, high waisted skirt I bought from Wunderwelt. In great condition for such an old piece, but there is a slight feeling of wear. Lolibrary measurements are a bit misleading; while it can technically stretch up to 100 cm, there is no zipper, so it may be difficult to pull on for people with large hips.
