Angel OP I bought from God knows where when I first started lolita. Heavy dress, I really like it actually, I just never reach for it anymore (style change).
It has a lot of runs in the fabric. There may be more than the ones I took images of, so beware. Other than that, it's been worn and washed quite a bit, so don't expect it feeling new out of the bag. It's like,,, a size small US. I don't have the measurements nor can I find the original posting. I know it's from Taobao cuz it was being sold on lolita bhiner (though that's not where I got it).

Packages will always be sent cross-country in flatrate domestic boxes (18-32$) UNLESS lettermail is requested instead (only available for stuff like tights, OTK/UTK, light blouses, etc). International/US shipping will be done in a paper/plastic bag covered in tape.
Yes! I will ship to alternative addresses not listed on your PayPal, but because this invalidates the seller protection, I can only accept the payment via F&F. Canadians: I accept Interac E-Transfer.
If you choose lettermail, and the package gets lost in the cursed system we call Canada Post, then I can't really help you past advising you to make a claim. If the lettermail is returned to me, I will try and correct information, before sending it back out free of charge.

I ship via Canada Post! Your local government carrier should be the one delivering the package. I prefer USPS/CanPost when shipping and receiving. The United States Border Agency is being stricter with the importing of items from Canada, so I will no longer be marking packages as gifts. It is your responsibility to pay the import costs if told to do so, and I will not be reimbursing the money.
Thanks for reading my Terms of Sale to the end! If you ever find yourself really wanting a piece, but not willing to splurge the money, I am willing to discount what's being sold up to 30% off. This is evaluated on a case-to-case basis, but it's never a bad idea to ask!
