I'm the Second Owner of this dress, the First Owner sold it to me NWT and only tried it on. I've only worn it twice, once for a con and once for a photoshoot. This was my first lolita piece and I cannot find anything good to coord it with. I've only owned it for about a year in December. I'm 5' 1" and the dress was so long on me, and I couldn't find a proper petticoat for it.
