🌼 All sales are final no returns or refunds will be given. 🌼 Will only ship tracked and signed for the peace of mind of us both. 🌼 Any customs are the buyer's responsibility, if an item gets sent back for any reason, I am happy to reship it but the shipping has to be paid again. 🌼 I am always open to hearing out reasonable offers, holds or payment plans. 🌼 I do have pets and although they are not generally in contact with my Lolita clothes and every attempt will be made to remove any potential pet hair, an occasional stray hair is possible, please bear in mind if you have allergies. 🌼 In the unlikely event of there being an issue with an item please contact me within 3 days of delivery and hold off on leaving negative feedback until I've had an opportunity to settle the matter with you.
