Waist: 65-70cm (does have partial shirring)



Length: 52cm (without waistband)



Circumference of bottom hem: around 140cm

White base fabric with lovely flowers in different shades of blue. Fully lined with partial shirring in the back.



Has two rows of ruffles and wide pintucks.
