New with tag, never used sailor-style dress from Japanese Indie Brand And Romeo

NOTE: unlike the stock picture, the dress color is closer to a bluish black rather than a navy blue. I've also removed the bow at the waist, but this can be easily reattached and I will include it when I ship.

I've never worn this dress. It has shirring, lacing, and removable waist ties. The sailor collar is detachable, it's a fairly ordinary JSK underneath.
