I am not the first owner, and it seems like the previous owner just kept it in the closet, thus damaging the elastics. I originally planned to repair it, but since the colour doesn't fit my other pieces, I decided to sell it.

Damage
The elastic in the straps is completely worn out.
The lace is slightly yellowed. (I tried to photograph it, but it's hard to photograph.)
