It's technically a skirt but it does come with the removable suspenders(?) and waist ties. The website said free size because there's a lot of shirring/a corset tie/waist ties and the suspenders are adjustable.

I live in a house with a dog but it's not allowed near my lolita. Theres a loose string near the clasp but nothing has come off (pictured). I will iron it before I send it out lol
