A heavily altered skirt, the waist ties were used to construct a fully elasticated waist band that can fit up to 40in, there are tie dye stains from a trip to the fair in the ruffles of the skirt but they don’t really show up in photos. 

I do own a cat so heads up to those with allergies, everything is washed and steamed before I ship out though.
