I bought this second hand, it had already been altered by the previous owner. The alterations were done really well, seams are only visible on close inspection. Both waist ties are included, as well as 3 detachable bowls. Matching headbow is also included.
Due to the alterations the bust easily fits up to 55" possibly more. The waist is free.
I have never worn this in the time I've owned it, only tried it on.
