**ALTERED** Lost in Sea Blue XL in Navy SHORT
THIS DRESS HAS BEEN ALTERED SLIGHTLY!
The front waist seams have been taken in about 1-1.5 inches total, so it fits more like the L sized dress in the WAIST only!
I've never worn the dress aside from trying it on a few times. It's really pretty but I need to let it go!

The Sash? Yes! The sash is included, sorry! I totally forgot to tie it, but I do have it! Also, The neck ties are included too.

Certainly! =) The official measurements for the dress are 98 cm bust, 78 cm waist, However, the waist has been altered a little smaller. It measures about 73-74 CM.
