Altered the length of the straps with some brown elastic. The original button holes are still intact, but one the buttons is missing. I also snipped one side of all the shirring except the very top one. The elastic is still in the channels and still attached on one side of the dress. Also the hook and eye at the top of the zipper is broken/missing. The corset lacing ribbon and the waist ties are both included! Bought new at release, but I've only tried it on once.
