This skirt is ALTERED to make it plus-size friendly. No original fabric was used, so the waist ties are still intact. It was altered by the previous owner. Small bits of fraying around the altered area, but not visible when looking at the skirt itself. I have only worn this skirt to try it on. I'm the third owner.
Unfortunately, they did not provide exact measurements but after looking through previous messages, I'd say the waist can go up to around 96cm-99cm. It is not stretchy so the recommended waist measurements would be best.
I DO have a dog that sheds A LOT so if you are allergic, please be mindful of that when considering this item. The item has been kept away in my closet for years but I did need to take it out for photos.
The bow is detachable but I'm not sure if it's on the original safety pin or not as the bow is a little off-centered and I have not moved it myself.
