The shirring has been cut on one side, but the elastic is still in the channels and could potentially be sewn back in place. The straps have been lengthened with some brown elastic, but the buttons are still in place. The dress and headbow were both bought new at release by me and have both been worn twice.

This print is too detailed and beautiful to be stuck sitting in my closet unworn, so I want someone who will actually wear it to be it's next owner!

Hello! The alterations were done by an experienced seamstress, so yes they were done well. The bust is about 109cm, the waist is about 95cm, and the length with the elastic is about 96cm. The very top and bottom rows of elastic in the shirring are still attached so they can still shrink to the minimum official measurements. Hope this helped!
