Condition: I am the second owner. The first seller was not honest about the condition of the dress. The shirring at the back of the dress was all removed, only the first shirring was later added back to the dress for better fitting. (Please refer to the last few photos). Without the shirring, I believe the dress now can fit a bigger size than the official measurements. You can always DIY the elastic back to the dress if you want to.
