Hi, is this a stretchy cutsew material? How much would shipping be to the US? Thanks!

I don't /think/ it's cutsew material, but I'm not 100% certain as I don't own any cutsews. There isn't a material label but I'd guess it's polyester or some other kind of plastic fabric? It's quite soft and does have a little stretch to it. Shipping rates to the US are; £8.70 for untracked economy (42 days), £18.50 for tracked (5-7 days), £19.05 for untracked standard (6-7 days) and £22.55 for tracked and signed (5-7 days) - the untracked options are only available if bought at the bidding price (up to £20 total)
