This print is on a somewhat sheer linen type fabric over a black underlayer. Due to that, depending on the light the print can look a little dark. It’s not any sort of fading or bleeding, it’s just not a vibrant print and it’s on a thin fabric. Also the fabric has a cool dotted texture. The last picture I’ve got my hand under the top layer so you can see the nature of the fabric

Fully shirred waist, max is 41” (104cm)

no flaws buts it’s a used garment so there is some feeling of wear
