I cannot find a Lolibrary entry for this item, but I know I bought it direct from the Disney Store in Shibuya.
It comes New With Tags, but has been hanging out with me in some form since 2013.

DAMAGE: STAIN
While photographing I noticed a mystery stain on the back. If I wasn't getting ready to list this, I'd hit it with the Dish Soap and Peroxide... but I'm just going to list it starting at a dollar instead. My loss is your gain.
