Worn once by me, I am the second owner. Both the dress and blouse are very roomy and could easily fit larger sizes (I am about a US size 12). The set is in good condition, it is just no longer my style as I prefer sweet and old school lolita. Would be a perfect first coordinate for a beginner, especially if you like the classic substyle.
Remove all detachable pieces and wash on gentle cycle in cold water with light detergent. For top loaders, place individual items inside of mesh bags or pillow cases before washing. Lay flat or hang dry.

According to a reseller website, the L size measurements for the JSK are:
Bust: 88-106 cm
Waist: 75-96 cm
Length: 98-102 cm
And the blouse
Bust: 100 cm
Shoulder length: 39 cm
Length: 60 cm
Sleeve length: 60 cm
Sorry I don't have a better way to get proper measurements, but these are pretty accurate. The shirring is very forgiving and the dress is in fact very loose on me (98 cm bust, 81 cm waist) and I feel like it could stretch a bit more than 106 cm but can't say for sure.
