I am 5'8" and have 42cm shoulders, so while this dress fit my bust and waist it was a little short in the sleeves and the bodice ended about 3/4 of the way down my bust. It is a very cute dress and I wish it fit me better, but altering it is more work than I want to do so I am selling it.
By my measurement it is about 31cm from shoulder to waistline on the dress.
