Fell in love with the print and didn't notice it was high-waisted, which while gorgeous, is not my favorite to wear. Tried on, but never worn out. The bow at the front is removable and will be included, along with the headbow.

Straps are adjustable, with 3 buttonhole options.

Back is fully shirred.

Material: Shell is definitely polyester, and the lining feels like a rayon/cotton blend, but I'm not entirely sure on that.
