The damage on this skirt is really severe and obvious. It kinda works out though, I think the dye-run colours actually look nice with the skirt. It could still work in an edgy coord of some sort, or for guro-lolita. Anyway, it’s cheap. Please do not haggle further on this item. If it does not sell, I may use the fabric for a craft project.
