Hi, can you please tell me the flat waistband measurement and widest hip measurement?

Thanks for the question for I don't think the Baby website listed the waist measurements on these pants. From the best of my measuring abilities, they look like a 13.5in (laid flat), but could be 14in on one side, so at max 28in in the waist? Hip measurement is 33.86 to 49.21 as taken from the Baby site
