Although it is 2 cm short in the waist , I'm really considering getting it. Do you think I can manage to add those 2 cm by stretching out the front and back lacing?

To be honest, I am not sure. The front lace is not adjustable for waist size. The back does have adjustable shirring, but the material of this dress is not that stretchable. You might be able to by adjusting the back, but I am really not 100% sure.
