The color way is Navy + white. The skirt is in very good condition, no stains nor flaws. However on the back, two rubber bands in the middle were removed, please refer to the third picture. One can’t really notice from the outside.

Hello, the waist measurement didn’t really change from the original because only the middle two rubber bands were removed, and you could tie the ribbon to make it tighter as well.
