Prince Conrad blouse from AatP. It has been released many times, and I am not sure when this one was produced. I purchased it secondhand. It is missing the neck tie, and appears to be somewhat faded from the original. But still in good shape, so perfect for a beginner Ouji or general black Lolita coords.
