I am the second owner of this blouse. I really love it but my shoulders are just to broad for it. I do not have the neck tie for it. The top button on each sleeve is missing however they are pretty simple buttons so I feel like they would be easy to replace. I have secured  on almost all of the buttons at some point. It doesn't  look worn or faded.the measurements on lolibrary are kind of misleading. When I measure the sleeves they are closer to 53cm.
