New without tag - I tried it on once after taking off the tag and didn't like how it fit.
I was hanging onto it in case I decided to get it made into a skirt but that hasn't happened.
No flaws or damage I can find.
I do have cats but I keep them away from my dresses. I pack everything in an area where the cats don't go and try to make sure no fur makes its way into the package but there is a small chance I may miss a bit.
