This dress is beautiful, and in excellent condition. The turquoise frills really make it stand out! I am the second owner, but I tried it on only once and found it too short on me; the first owner also only wore it once. I really hope it can go to someone who can do it justice.

Because this is an empire waist dress (almost a sack dress), it doesn't have specific waist measurements; it's got a "free" waist. But according to lolibrary, that empire waistline goes up to 113cm.
