Couldn't find official measurements for this skirt but it probably have a waist of 60-75cm. No damage at all. Full back shirring.
Bought from Closet Child a year back. Never used. This skirt does not have a zipper.

It might reach up to 80-90 cm but that is probably for it to be able to get it over your butt since there is no zipper so it might not fit comfortably.
