I had acquired this beautiful blouse second hand and have warned it 3 times. It is a lovely navy blue color and when the rays of the sun touches it the fabric shines because it has Glitter! It has been in storage for many years and has wrinkles. I did not see any other damage, but remember we are human and I could have missed small details. The blouse comes with neck straps pictured.
