I bought this and it ran wayyyyyyyy tooo small for me even with the shirring on the back. I really need to stop impulse buying, and I wish people advertised the sizing on the tags. I will take this as a loss.
The dress comes with the headbow, but the person that sold it to me didn't mention the missing ribbon ties on the back, since they were in a hurry. I also felt bad, keeping them there, so I didn't do a thorough look over.
