I brought this from Lace Market about 4 years ago. I never wore it as I have to figure out it just isn't my style. The blue part of the skirt does come off. It is a bit wrinkled from being in storage in a box in the trunk of my car. Length: under skirt about 52cm, overskirt about 37cm Waist: about 55 ~ 75cm (Taken from the Baby site, linked below). Still has the tags on it. I will ship internationally but please message me first.
