When I was younger, I bought this blouse and incorrectly assumed that its fraying edges on the ruffles would cause it to fall apart within moments of wearing, and that the only rational solution was to apply fray lock to the raw edges and then trim them. This was factually incorrect and I regret it very much. The shirt was too small for me anyways, which only added insult to injury. Fraylock has been applied to the neck ruff, the top tier of the jabot, the left breast ruffle and both ruffles along the buttons, but could probably be cut off and rehemmed for most of them. There is also a Fraylock stain on the hem ruffle.

Aside from its wounds, their blouse has some awesome geometric details, like that killer geometric jabot and longer cuffs. This blouse would look great refurbished as a wardrobe staple, or could be an excellent piece to take apart for patterns. I'd love to see it fixed up and in a good home!
