Very good, used condition. One minor damage in back lacing, see picture. I think the back lacing should be removed completely.
Full back shirring, very adjustable. Fits EU S-M size comfortably. I have a 70 cm waist and a 85 bust and it is really comfortable on me and could fit a size up as well. I'm 171 cm tall and it is too short on me for my liking with a poofy petticoat.
Flat measurements roughly: 
Waist: 37-47 cm (shirring)
Skirt length: 54 cm
Overall length: 87 cm
