Simple but elegant blouse in used condition

Black blouse with 3/4 sleeves in bell shape
This blouse most likely came as a part of a lucky pack so I can't identity the type. Originally bought secondhand in Japan at Closet Child Shinjuku. Some of the lacing on the sleeves has bunched up with some washing, and the ruffles around it has some visible wear.
No visible damage.
