I bought this skirt of Wunderwelt a couple of months ago, when I was still very new to buying lolita and I made the mistake of thinking that if the max measurement is the size of my waist, that meant that it would fit. It does fit, it’s just really I comfortable so I don’t see myself ever wearing it.

Wunderwelt measured it at 31cm-36,5cm flat, which seems accurate to me. 74cm is definitely the absolute max it will stretch to, even with shirring.
