What is the measurement at the gathered part of the sleeves approximately (stretched and unstretched)? Thank you!

hi there, I don't know what you mean by the "gathered part" of the sleeves? so I assume you mean the puff sleeves... the opening from the shoulder is 6 inches flat on one side and stretches to 8 inches. The arms themselves stretch to 8 inches
