ALGONQUINS / Ruffle hem short length puff sleeve cardigan

I searched Lolibrary for a reference link with no luck, however, I found the original invoice from when I first purchased the cardigan back in 2014. Cardigan is wrinkled from storage, but it looks like a good steam should help it. the string on the shoulder is an aesthetic choice and came like that when I first purchased it 10 years ago.

On my mannequin, bust is 36in in terms of a comfortable fit for the cardigan without stretching it too much. Shoulders measure 14in from shoulder to shoulder. the sleeve holes are a little small, but do have elastic stretch.
