It's a good starter skirt, but that's about all. It is completely wearable! I was thinking about cutting this up for the fabric (fairy print by Alexander Henry). Not all seams are finished and there are loose threads. Skirt is not lined. The washing machine kind of chewed some threads up (at least it's clean!!). Pay for shipping and it's yours.
